Terms of Use
Device compatibility
The floating case is designed for use with mobile phones that are certified water resistant, that still have all their original components and that are in perfect condition and working order.
Limits on use and depth
The product is not designed for diving. The maximum recommended immersion depth is 3 metres. Use beyond this limit may compromise the integrity of the device and of the product itself.
Checking the device’s water resistance
Before use, the user must check with the manufacturer of the mobile device its degree of water resistance and the specific recommended conditions of use.
Loss of buoyancy through damage
The buoyancy of the case is guaranteed only under normal conditions of use. Knocks, drops, wear, deformation or any kind of structural damage may compromise its ability to float. We recommend checking the condition of the product before each use, especially in water.
Precautions for use
The product sold is designed to hold a specific model of mobile handset fitted with all its original components. When putting the phone into the case it is important not to bend the case or twist any of its edges and/or tabs, taking care and being gentle when inserting and removing the phone, bearing in mind that this is a case made from natural materials.
Insert your handset into the case top first and then the bottom.
When the case comes into contact with water with the phone inside, once the case has been recovered from the water you must remove the phone with great care, because the natural cork material is damp and you could otherwise break or crack one of the tabs.
Check for cracks or splits in your case before it comes into contact with water. We recommend making sure every month, in a safe place where you can recover your mobile device, that the case still floats.
If your mobile device gets wet, follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.
